Orders will be shipped with DHL within 10 days after receipt of payment, exclusively to the following regions: Germany

If a delivery to the customer is not possible for reasons within the sphere of the customer, the customer shall bear the additional costs for the new delivery. The customer must ensure that during normal business and delivery hours, delivery of the ordered goods to the relevant shipping address is possible. WAVE PLANET RECORDS bears the shipping risk. The risk of accidental loss and accidental damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

Shipment only possible if NONE of the products are still on pre-order.

The shipping costs are as shown below:

Germany: 6,50€
European Union: 10,50€
Rest of the World: 24,99€ – 39,99 €

Free shipping requires a minimum order amount of 80€ in Germany and 100€ in Europe. No free shipping in the rest of the world.

Der Versand von Bestellungen erfolgt mit DHL binnen 10 Tagen nach Zahlungseingang.

Soweit eine Lieferung an den Kunden aus Gründen, die in der Sphäre des Kunden liegen, nicht möglich ist, trägt der Kunde die zusätzlichen Kosten für die erneute Anlieferung. Der Kunde hat dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass während der üblichen Geschäfts- und Zustellzeiten eine Zustellung der bestellten Ware an die betreffende Versandadresse möglich ist. Das Versandrisiko trägt WAVE PLANET RECORDS. Die Gefahr des zufälligen Verlustes und der zufälligen Beschädigung geht mit Übergabe der Ware auf den Kunden über.
